Parking fees are due at the same time as Housing and Tuition and fees. Only one parking space per resident will be assigned. If there are no available parking spaces, you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted once space becomes available. Residents placed on the parking waiting list will be notified via student Panther Email when parking becomes available. Parking can be added at any time depending on availability. Residents are billed a prorated amount for parking based on the days remaining in the academic year or semester. Parking can be canceled at any time during the semester. The resident is charged a $80 cancellation fee. Refunds for the days remaining in the semester are only processed once the resident returns the parking hangtag to the University Housing Central Office.
