Accommodations are provided within a 2000 bed, 4 building, 8 to 15-floor apartment-style community with a variety of state of the art meeting spaces and community rooms on every floor as well as 2 courtyards and an attached parking deck. University Commons provides 3 fully furnished apartment suite styles. Varying from 2 or 4 bedroom suites with a private or shared 1 or 2 baths. Each suite has single private lockable rooms, living room, dining room and a full-size kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven.
Housing rates are based on the chosen facility, requirements for linen service and the number of bed spaces requested.
Standard Linen Service includes:
- Sheets, pillow, pillowcase, blanket, a towel, washcloth, hand towel and bathmat supplied for each bedroom.
- Sheets and pillowcase exchanged weekly but beds not made.
- Towel exchange available daily at the front desk if desired.
- Toilet tissue replenished at the front desk but no other toiletries provided.
If no linen service is chosen, bed linens, towels, and toiletries are not provided. Refer to What to Bring for a Conference for more information.
