CONFERENCE SERVICES
Georgia State is located in the business district of downtown Atlanta. Our 71-acre campus places visitors steps away from public transportation and within walking distance of many popular city attractions.
Accomodations
Conference Services provides a variety of housing, meeting space and dining options within our campus residential communities. Group Services include planning for group conferences and meetings, management of spaces and facilities, liaisons for on- and off-campus service providers, sourcing for off-site venues, catering and in-hall dining, support for audio/visual needs and transportation.
Conference Services host corporations, nonprofit organizations, youth and sport camps, religious groups, national events, festivals, and local events and conventions. We also host visiting scholars who are sponsored by university departments, the University System of Georgia, and local, state and federal government agencies. Individuals who are not affiliated with any group or organization are welcome to inquire about summer housing accommodations.
University Housing can accommodate groups of three to 4,000, plus participants and attendees, between our four residential communities. Each community is unique, offering different meeting space styles and community areas with various living configurations, including shared- double-, triple- and quad-suites with full- sized two- and four-bedroom apartments and individual private sleeping rooms.
