The following behavior is prohibited and may result in student conduct sanctions up to removal from University Housing:

1. Making, attempting to make, transmitting, or attempting to transmit audio or video of any person(s) on University premises in bathrooms, showers, bedrooms, or other premises where there is an explicit expectation of privacy with respect to nudity and/or sexual activity, without the knowledge and consent of all participants subject to such recordings.
2. The use and/or possession of camera doorbells in the residence hall.
3. Undisclosed and unauthorized recording of other individuals and/or personal property within the University community, including but not limited to social and digital media platforms.
