Maintenance Requests

University Housing is pleased that you have chosen to stay on-campus while attending Georgia State University. On occasion, you may find that you need assistance from our maintenance staff for various issues such as clogs, leaks, and other minor repairs. To submit a request, we have provided a means to do so online. Responses to maintenance requests are based on both order in which it was received and priority of the request (i.e., emergency situations take priority over routine issues).

For emergencies, residents should contact their 24-hour community desk (see important numbers to the left). The Desk Assistant will contact the appropriate housing staff to address the problem. NOTE: Greek housing residents should contact the Patton Hall Community Desk to report emergencies.
