Maintenance Requests

Thank you for living in the Georgia State University Housing Facilities. Students should fill out routine work requests online at TMAServer. If you are unable to fill out the request online you may call the community desk. Maintenance staff will complete work orders in the order in which they are received.

Students should contact their 24 hour community desk to report emergencies. The Desk Assistant will contact the appropriate housing staff to address the problem. Greek housing should contact Patton Hall Community Desk to report emergencies.
